I have received an invoice from MOVE-IZI, when will the amount be debited from my account?

When we debit the amount from your account depends on the account type you have chosen: postpaid or prepaid.

Prepaid account (payment in advance)

If you have a prepaid account, the toll fee is immediately deducted from your available balance. You will receive a monthly statement detailing all toll journeys and the amount topped up.

Postpaid account (payment in arrears)

For postpaid accounts, the outstanding amounts are debited from your account either monthly or weekly, depending on the payment frequency you selected when setting up your account.

• Monthly invoices are sent on the 2nd of each month.

• Weekly invoices are generated on the 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd of each

• All invoices are debited one week after the invoice date.

Please note: You may have recently received an invoice that has not yet been debited from your account. These payments will be processed soon. As a MOVE-IZI user, you do not need to worry about payment reminders or fines.

I see a charge from SIBS PAGAMENTOS, S.A. Is this from MOVE-IZI?

Yes, this is a charge from us. For the execution of our services, we use the Portuguese payment service provider SIBS Pagamentos S.A. On your bank statement, you will see the name SIBS PAGAMENTOS, S.A. or PPRO PAYMENT SERVICES SA.

It is important that you do not reverse the payment (decline and have it refunded to your account) if you see one of these names on your statement, as this is for your automatic tol payment.

If you accidentally do so, never transfer the amount manually but contact our customer service

We understand that the name SIBS PAGAMENTOS, S.A. may cause confusion, which is why we are working with SIBS to clarify the information on the statement with a reference to MOVE-IZI.

How are tolls recorded?

Your license plate number will be registered when passing on the A24/Blankenburg connection.

If you are a MOVE-IZI customer, we will automatically collect the fee for your passage without any further action on your part.

Are tolls more expensive for MOVE-IZI customers?

MOVE-IZI's automatic payment service is free, there are no additional costs.

You only pay tolls for the A24/Blankenburg connection in accordance with the rates in force.
